Day 1 – Airport Arrival • Kumai • Sekonyer River Adventure
Upon arrival at Iskandar Airport in Pangkalan Bun, our friendly local guide will welcome you and transfer you to Kumai Harbor, the gateway to the rainforest.
Your adventure begins as the klotok slowly cruises along the Sekonyer River into the heart of the jungle. Along the riverbanks you may already encounter proboscis monkeys, long-tailed macaques, monitor lizards, and colorful tropical birds hiding among the mangroves and nipa palms.
Enjoy lunch onboard while relaxing on the upper deck as the rainforest scenery unfolds around you. In the afternoon, visit the first orangutan feeding station at Tanjung Harapan where rehabilitated orangutans often appear from the forest canopy.
As sunset falls, continue cruising quietly through the river while watching wildlife along the shoreline. Dinner will be served onboard before spending your first night sleeping peacefully on the klotok beneath the stars and sounds of the rainforest.

Day 2 – Pondok Tanggui • Camp Leakey • Jungle Trekking
After breakfast continue upriver toward the legendary Camp Leakey, one of the oldest orangutan research and conservation centers in the world. Along the journey, keep your camera ready for wildlife sightings including proboscis monkeys, gibbons, hornbills, and crocodiles.
After lunch onboard, enjoy a soft jungle trek through the tropical rainforest with your guide explaining the flora and fauna of Borneo. Later, attend the orangutan feeding session at Camp Leakey and learn about ongoing conservation efforts inside the park.
Optional night trekking near forest camp, see insects, nocturnal animals.

Day 3 – Pondok Tanggui • Village Visit • Wildlife Watching
Wake up early to the sounds of the rainforest and enjoy breakfast while cruising deeper into the national park.
The first stop today is Pondok Tanggui, a rehabilitation center for young orangutans. Here you can witness feeding time and observe the orangutans swinging naturally through the trees.
Later, visit a local riverside village to see daily life of the local community living near the national park. Interact with friendly villagers and experience the peaceful atmosphere of Borneo river culture.
Secod visit the orangutan feeding station at Tanjung Harapan where rehabilitated orangutans often appear from the forest canopy.
In the afternoon, relax on the boat while searching for more wildlife along the Sekonyer River. Enjoy another magical sunset surrounded by untouched rainforest before your final overnight onboard.
In the evening, the boat will slowly cruise downriver to a quiet area near the nipa palms. If weather conditions are good, you can enjoy thousands of fireflies lighting up the riverside like stars in the dark jungle.

Day 4 – Return to Kumai • Transfer to Airport
Enjoy your final morning in the rainforest while the klotok slowly returns to Kumai Harbor. Breakfast will be served onboard during the journey.
Upon arrival in Kumai, transfer by car to Pangkalan Bun Airport for your next destination with unforgettable memories from the heart of Borneo.
