Day 1: Arrival – Kumai – Tanjung Harapan Camp
(Lunch, Dinner included)
- Your journey begins upon arrival at Iskandar Airport or Hotel in Pangkalan Bun, where your guide will pick you up. Transfer to Kumai harbor (±30 minutes)
- Board your klotok houseboat, cruise along the scenic Sekonyer River
- Enjoy lunch onboard while spotting wildlife
- First Orangutan Encounter. Visit Tanjung Harapan Camp:Short jungle trekking (~20–30 minutes), watch orangutan feeding session (around 3 PM). Possible sightings of wild orangutans swinging in trees
- Afternoon Wildlife Cruise. Spot proboscis monkeys, macaques, and exotic birds, sunset views along the river
- Evening Experience. Dinner on the boat, optional night trekking (not included) near forest camp, see insects, nocturnal animals.
- Overnight: Klotok houseboat on the river. Expect simple but comfortable setup with mosquito nets
Day 2: Pondok Tanggui – Camp Leakey – Fireflies Tour
(Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner included)
- Wake up to jungle sounds and fresh air. Breakfast on the boat
- Morning at Pondok Tanggui. Visit Pondok Tanggui Camp: Orangutan feeding session (~9 AM). Short jungle trekking
- Continue to Camp Leakey: One of the most famous orangutan research centers, learn about conservation effort, witness another feeding session (~2 PM). This is the best place to see large dominant male orangutans
- River Cruise & Wildlife Watching, relax on the boat while spotting wildlife along the riverbanks. Observe birds, monkeys, and possibly crocodiles
- Magical Fireflies Experience. Cruise to nipa palm area at dusk,w atch thousands of fireflies lighting up the trees
- Overnight: Klotok houseboat
Day 3: Return – Cultural Visit – Departure

- Breakfast onboard
- Cruise back to Kumai harbor
- Transfer back to Pangkalan Bun, transfer to airport for departure or hotel for your stay. Tour end
